Attic shelves are divided into medium-sized attic shelves and heavy attic shelves.

Medium-sized attic shelves: Medium-sized shelf columns are used in shelf infrastructure. The shelf floor adopts the loft shelf special floor, and the floor adopts the interlocking structure. A supporting beam is erected under the floor.

Medium-sized attic shelf column specifications are: 60 * 50 * 1.5mm or 70 * 50 * 1.5 special shelf column profiles. It is made of high quality strip by leveling, rolling by automatic rolling mill, punching by punch and cutting according to the specified height of customers. Column brackets and connecting beams are formed by bending and punching high-quality cold plates.

The specification of heavy-duty attic shelf column is 90 *70 *2.0mm special heavy-duty shelf column profile. The cross beam adopts cold-rolled P-shaped closed beam with three specifications: 50 x 30, 64 x 40 and 80 x 50. It is a standard product for shelf production in cold bending industry. After purchasing, according to the size of customers, the welding rack is connected with the special column grasp, and the grinding can form a semi-finished product.

After the production of all shelf parts, the last shot blasting machine is required to remove oil, rust and surface spraying. It can be packaged and shipped after completion.
