The 1000-layer rack is suitable for printing, gluing, painting, colouring, drying and placing equipment after sputtering. The movable multi-layer grid design has the advantages of large space, convenient operation, saving the area of workshop and warehouse, and can be used for drying products at room temperature and high temperature baking in baking oven.

The materials used are stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.

The main frame is usually made of angle steel, and the surface treatment includes spray paint/baking paint/galvanizing.

The mesh is made of 2-12MM wire. The surface treatment methods include galvanizing and spraying (also called glue coating), which is a surface treatment method used to prevent scratches of products.
